When we decided to remodel our home, we put the plans out for bid to five local contractors. H&M Builders may not have been the lowest bid, but we subscribe to the saying, “You get what you pay for.” This was definitely true with H&M Builders. The genuine respect and great personalities of both Jim and Rolly won us over from the start. They both made us feel comfortable and confident with our decision to have them build our dream home.
Jim kept the project rolling along smoothly (with plenty of friendly prodding) and on budget, while Rolly made sure all construction was built per plans and on schedule. With their combined years of experience, they were able to suggest potential modifications to both improve our original design and save us money. We are definitely pleased with the outcome and would strongly recommend H&M Builders to anyone undertaking the task of a remodel.
Remember, you get what you pay for. In our case, it was certainly money well spent!
