The exterior phase of the transition from Ralph’s to Safeway was designed and permitted several months after the interior work started. H&M worked with Midstate on an aggressive schedule to meet the original completion date and store opening. Using all of H&M’s resources working 7 days a week/10 to 12 hours a day, the goal was met. H&M also helped to value engineer the roof structure to save both time and money.
